Community Radio
Community radio is a non profit radio which provides a mechanism to facilitate individuals, groups and communities to tell their own diverse stories, to share experiences, and to become active creators and contributors of media.
Gender Perspective
The radio aims to improve the living conditions of women in targeted areas through increasing access to the full exercise of their civil rights and freedoms, reducing the information gap between men and women and the negative image of women in the media. Using radio as a path to promote social change, increase civil participation and improve women’s communication rights, Women’s Community Radio provides space so that the voices and concerns of women are heard.
