WOMEN´S COMMUNITY VOICES

This project aims at establishing and launching a Community Radio with a gender perspective in the provinces of Kratie and Stung Treng. These efforts aim to improve the living conditions of women in targeted areas through increasing access to full exercise of their civil rights and freedoms.

 

Project interventions aim at increasing the participation of civil society in the Community Radio, training the Community Radio team in gender sensitive issues and community radio aspects, as well as building human and economic capacities and self-reliance among women.

 

General Goal: Improving the living conditions of Cambodian women in targeted areas through increasing access to full exercise of their civil rights and freedoms.

 

Specific Goal: Improving women access to the right of communication through the launching of a community radio with a gender perspective in the service of women.
